friendly staff rooftop area
The staff was friendly and always eager to assist. The rooftop area was a definite highlight. It was good. I enjoyed the spacious room. Comfortable beds and pillows helped me sleep well.
I noticed some chipped benches and a stain on the couch in the room.

The hospitality were really good. Mariam and her amazing team organized wonderful birthday surprise for me. They celebrated my special day with a sweet gesture that warmed my heart. The team's thoughtfulness.
The hotel had some noise at night. However it did not affected me directly as I was on an upper floor but could be annoying FOR SOME PEOPLE.

The hotel has very nice views, especially from upper floors. it IS possible to see the Burj Khalifa and the frame altogether. This aspect allows guests a great viewpoint of major landmarks.

The breakfast had great variety and quality. I received spacious accommodation (especially given the price), it was quite nice. The room was clean. The staff at the reception was helpful.
The hotel is slightly old. I noticed a flashing light on the ceiling (it was quite distracting). The swimming area also looked quite worn.

the room was clean, i guess. it met my basic expectations for cleanliness.

lovely stay in a spacious room
friendly staff excellent food culinary team
my friend and i enjoyed the nice atmosphere i ordered mushroom momos and broccoli prawns tempura and the food was excellent the staff was friendly and always ready to help. chef kapil visited us he explained every detail about food to us i really appreciate chef kapil and the whole culinary team for the great service. i thank you everyone at the hotel.
the hotel wasn't super clean it showed signs of wear and tear i noticed some minor maintenance issues in the room.
